The next big opportunities for improvement that we have discovered are in the speed and quality of the production processes for vape oil and pre-rolls.

• Many vape cartridge manufacturers are currently heating distillate to reduce viscosity prior to blending with terpenes and/or other ingredients. With more powerful mixing equipment the long heating cycle can be reduced or eliminated.  This saves time and reduces the risk that volatile compounds like terpenes will evaporate.
  
  
• The challenge most people face when manufacturing infused pre-rolled joints is finding a way to achieve an accurate dosage and consistent delivery throughout the product while maintaining the desired production rate. All 3 of these conditions can be met by homogeneously coating the flower with distillate using high speed mixing prior to manufacturing the pre-rolls.
