Hauschild SpeedMixer, Inc. serves the entirety of the U.S., Canada and South America, as well as Australia. With a strong sales network strategically placed throughout the states, Hauschild SpeedMixer, Inc. offers unparalleled support when and where our clients need it most. All of our Hauschild SpeedMixer, Inc. maintenance and repair staff have been trained in Germany to ensure that the quality and service our clients have come to expect for nearly half a century is maintained throughout the lifespan of every product we deliver.
The Hauschild SpeedMixer, Inc. administrative team assists with quotes, invoicing, and the shipment of all products and parts, directly from our Detroit-based warehouse. All standard and special cups (jars) are locally sourced in the U.S. to shorten delivery time and conform to American measurements, sizes and standards.
Ian LaRose – VP of Technology
Ian holds a degree in Physics with a specialization in nanotechnology. He began his career in adhesives research and development, where he developed a strong foundation in problem-solving and innovation. In 2010, Ian's career took a new direction after witnessing an inspiring demonstration of the SpeedMixer, prompting him to join the company. Over the years, he's worked closely with customers and in the applications lab, gaining extensive hands-on experience. Now, as Vice President of Technology at Hauschild SpeedMixer Inc., Ian oversees technology, engineering, and maintenance.
Ian is an animal lover who enjoys spending time with his dog. In his free time, he explores hobbies like hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, and 3D printing.
Evan Keller – Regional Sales Manager
Evan Keller holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering from Michigan State University, with a Minor in Computer Science. Before joining Hauschild SpeedMixer, Evan worked as a Process Improvement Engineer, specializing in optimizing workflows and enhancing efficiency.
Passionate about innovation, Evan thrives on working across a diverse range of projects and values the opportunity to learn from customers. He takes pride in helping customers uncover new applications and use cases, whether by leveraging existing tools or creating tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Evan enjoys expressing his creativity through cooking and exploring the underwater world as a scuba diver. He is proud to be part of the friendly and welcoming team at Hauschild SpeedMixer
David Colley – Inside Sales
David Colley graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in Industrial Management and has been a lifelong resident of Livonia, Michigan. With over 30 years of experience in the industrial robot and electronics industry, David has held key roles in Management, Sales, and Customer Service. David has also been instrumental in building four successful startup companies, including Colley Electronical Surplus.
A proud father of three adult children and grandfather to two, David enjoys sports and spending time Up North Michigan, vacationing with family and friends. He is excited to bring his wealth of experience and enthusiasm to his role at Hauschild.
Shane Green – Regional Sales Director
Shane brings over 20 years of advanced materials processing experience in multiple industries and almost 17 years working specifically with the Hauschild SpeedMixer. Specializing in highly filled epoxy, polyurethane, and silicone, Shane has extensive experience with formulating and handling polyurethanes.
Shane received a B.S. in Biology from San Diego State University. He started his polymer research and development with Callaway Golf and has held management roles in prototype development, new product introductions, and production scale up.
Shane lives in Cardiff by the Sea, CA, where he enjoys his family and time spent in and around the ocean.
Bardha Kadi – Office Manager
Bardha earned her degree in Business Management from the University of Tirana. With a strong background as a Service Manager, she brings her organizational expertise to Hauschild SpeedMixer Inc. as the Office Manager, where she plays a key role in maintaining seamless operations and supporting the company's growth.
Bardha is passionate about traveling and discovering new places. She also enjoys reading, both as a form of relaxation and inspiration, and appreciates the dynamic, innovative culture of her workplace
Almida Spahiu – Sales and Accounting Assistant
Almida, originally from Albania, moved to the United States 10 years ago to embrace new opportunities. She earned an Associate Degree in Finance and Banking from Aleksander Moisiu University. Currently, Almida works as a Sales and Accounting, where she is dedicated to contributing to the company’s growth.
Prior to her role at Hauschild, Almida served as Director of Operations at Walgreens Pharmacy, gaining valuable experience in leadership and operational management.
Almida enjoys spending quality time with her family and close friends. She dedicates her free time to her young son and finds joy in reading classic literature and science fiction. A passionate traveler, Almida loves exploring new cultures and broadening her horizons
Davide Davi – CEO
Davide is an executive with a distinguished track record in B2B sales and leadership within mid-sized organizations. Having lived on three continents and mastering five languages, he brings a global perspective to Hauschild. In 2020, he played an instrumental role in launching Hauschild SpeedMixer Inc., and he has proudly steered the business in the Americas ever since. Davide excels in fostering a collaborative environment, working alongside a team that shares his unwavering commitment to customer delight.
His passion for downhill ski racing not only connects him with friends but also continually challenges his competitive spirit. Beside master racing, he enjoys coaching a team of high school athletes.
Embodying the motto "Per aspera ad astra" (Through hardship to the stars), he believes that the most meaningful achievements arise from overcoming life’s toughest challenges.
Florjan Spahiu – Supply Chain Manager
Florjan Spahiu graduated from Davenport University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management and also holds an associate degree in Business Management from Henry Ford Community College. As the Supply Chain Manager, Florjan brings his expertise and insights from both his education and previous work experiences. He is dedicated to learning, growing, and contributing to the company’s long-term success.
Florjan enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. He shares a love for activities with his son, such as playing soccer and reading books. As a family, they cherish traveling and exploring new places together.
Anthony Schultz - Machine & Material Handler
Anthony is a high school graduate who initially worked in warehouses before deciding to change his career path to residential maintenance. After gaining experience in this field, he started working at Hauschild as a, where, he says, he couldn't be happier. Anthony truly appreciates the supportive and polite team around him.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time outdoors during the warmer months, engaging in activities like fishing, rock hunting, and swimming in the Great Lakes. In the winter, he prefers indoor activities such as watching movies and gaming with friends.
Andrew Hower – Machine Technician
Andrew earned an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics and Computer Technology from DeVry University in 2020. He also holds certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center.
Andrew worked for several years at Dexter Research Center, taking on several different roles including Production Technician, Safety Coordinator, Internal Auditor, and Project Manager. He focused on troubleshooting production issues, repairing a range of machines, and improving production processes.
After nearly a decade at Dexter, Andrew joined Hauschild SpeedMixer Inc, where he appreciates the supportive team environment. He enjoys service trips that allow him to connect with incredible people and gain unique experiences.
Kyle Van Spronsen – Service Manager
Kyle is a University of Michigan graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. His career journey is diverse, beginning with custom home building in West Michigan, where he honed his carpentry skills working alongside his father. He later delved into tech repair at the University of Michigan, assisting students, faculty, and staff, and now serves as the Service Manager at Hauschild, supporting customers across the Americas.
Kyle is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys staying active through working out, playing disc golf with friends, and even exploring Costco. He thrives on the variety of industries he collaborates with and values the international teamwork at Hauschild, where blending diverse cultural practices results in meaningful innovation.
