Whistleblower Protection & Ombudsperson
Based on the European Whistleblowing Directive and the German Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz – HinSchG), the company provides a mandated ombudsperson as an independent and confidential reporting channel in accordance with Section 12 HinSchG. The ombudsperson receives reports falling within the material scope of Section 2 HinSchG via a secure reporting channel.
Reports may be submitted via the link or QR code provided below or, alternatively, by postal mail. Confidentiality, protection of whistleblowers and, upon request, anonymity are fully ensured.
