How does LabCatch connect to the Hauschild SpeedMixer®?
What information does LabCatch record?
It logs every parameter of the mix, including program details, time, speed, operator, batch notes, attachments and final results. All data is stored automatically.
Can I manage and reuse recipes that I have on my Hauschild SpeedMixer®?
Yes. LabCatch gives you a recipe library where you can create, edit, organize and reuse mixing programs. You can also upload mixing programs from your Hauschild SpeedMixer®.
Does LabCatch help with traceability?
Yes. Every trial and batch has a complete history, including files, notes and machine data. This reduces the risk of missing or inconsistent documentation.
Can I monitor and operate the Hauschild SpeedMixer® remotely with LabCatch?
You can see machine status, past work from your computer or tablet when connected to the same network or approved remote environment. You can also fully operate the device remotely.
Does LabCatch support multi-user environments?
Yes. You can assign roles and permissions so each person can access only the functions they need.
Can LabCatch integrate with other systems?

Data is collected on the industrial LabCatch SmartBox and stored on your infrastructure. From there you can back it up, export it or feed it into higher-level systems.
Do we need a permanent internet connection?
Not necessarily. LabCatch primarily runs the SmartBox and on your local network. Internet access is only required for optional remote support or when you choose to connect to cloud-based services.
How many users and mixers can LabCatch handle?
Is LabCatch suitable for regulated environments?
