for SpeedMixer™ Customers

The Hauschild SpeedMixer® already gives extraordinary results in terms of degassing, even without the vacuum option. Thanks to a new mechanical design, the Hauschild SpeedMixer® SMART DAC SERIES machines are designed to allow users to control the counter rotation of the jar.
This offers several advantages:
– A wider range of hard materials can be mixed
– Degassing without vacuum can be improved
– The temperature of the materials can be controlled
The Hauschild Engineering R&D Team developed the new Hauschild SpeedMixer® SMART DAC with a Vacuum Robotic configuration available from 250 grams up to 2000 grams. Thanks to a next-generation controller, the Vacuum Robotic machines are fully automated, and can be easily integrated in any robotic system with the usual reliability of a Hauschild SpeedMixer®. All SMART DAC Robotic version are equipped with a servomotor.
The Hauschild SpeedMixer® SMART DAC SERIES offers the ability to create and save up to 500 programs with up to 12 steps per program. A multi-program function is also available to combine up to three programs with 36 steps. The acceleration and deceleration can be programmed for each individual step.
The Hauschild SpeedMixer® SMART DAC SERIES mixers are equipped with a 7” colour touch screen (10” optional). A mirrored web-based SW is also available to operate the device remotely. All devices offer the menu in five languages.
The Hauschild SpeedMixer® SMART DACs come equipped with a sensor that can read the mixture’s temperature in real-time while mixing. Thanks to a proprietary algorithm, the temperature measurement reaches an accuracy of ± 1° C. While mixing, the real-time temperature inside the jar is displayed and values can be saved at pre-defined intervals.
Thanks to a proprietary algorithm that combines the temperature reading with the automatic cooling system and variable counter rotation, Hauschild SpeedMixer® SMART DAC mixers allow for temperature control while mixing.
A programmable jar’s cooling system can be triggered once a certain temperature’s threshold has been reached. The user just needs to define the threshold and the Hauschild SpeedMixer® SMART DAC will automatically start a powerful cooling system.
The Hauschild SpeedMixer® SMART DAC SERIES comes equipped with a QR code reader. A QR code, including the program configuration, can generated by the desktop/laptop SW. The code can then be used to automatically configure the machine and load the same program.
The Hauschild SpeedMixer® SMART DAC SERIES allows the integration of a wide range of external sensors that collect data to be used for many different purposes. Temperature & humidity, smoke & fire, dissolved gases and/or toxic substances detectors can be integrated and set to deliver custom alerts or trigger actions. Altogether, collecting information about external parameters will make the use of the Hauschild SpeedMixer® SMART DAC more efficient and safer. Safety first!
All Hauschild SpeedMixer® SMART DAC SERIES machines are CE certified and UL 61010-1 compliant. Thanks to the advanced technology, the Hauschild SpeedMixer® SMART DAC SERIES are IoT (Internet of Things) compliant.
